What is Cyber bullying?
Cyber bullying is when you harass,tease,or intimidate somebody using any electronic device. It is a way to hurt somebody without having to feel guilty for it because a cyber bully does not have to see their victim's face.
Cyber bullying has terrible consequences which you probably do not want to endure such as being suspended or expelled from school, receiving a big fine or in some states jail time! So do not tease, harass or threaten somebody over the Internet!
